Solution
  • Current Mail server setting for New Mail server are:
  • SMTP Port 25 mail.yourdomain.com or ricochet.asiworld.net
  • POP3 Port 110 mail.yourdomain.com or ricochet.asiworld.net
  • Submition Port 587 the port that email clients should be using to send mail is also mail.yourdomain.com or ricochet.asiworld.net (use port 587 in your smtp settings at will or if your ISP is blocking port 25 smtp traffic)
  • We are now using Authenticated SMTP/Submition using the same credentials as POP3 Full Email address as the username and the same password as pop3 see other Knoledgebase articles for setup of popular email clients
