To Set up a new account click of the Tools drop down menu and click Email Accounts

Add a new email account

Choose POP3 as the account type
Enter all your account information into the correct fields which can be found at the server information knowledge base article and than click the More Setting button

In the Outgoing Server Tab check my outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication, click log on using and enter your information.

Click the Advanced Tab and set the POP3 port to 110 and the SMTP port to 25, then click OK

You can now click Test Account Setting to make sure everything is correct and the click next and finish and your email client is configured
